William G. Hyland Jr. is a trial lawyer
and former prosecutor with over
twenty-five years of appellate and civil litigation experience.

A former prosecutor, Mr. Hyland and his firm now serve as in-house counsel to Travelers Insurance Co. He is licensed to practice in the District of Columbia, Florida, Alabama, and Colorado; the United States Supreme Court; the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals; and the United States District Court for the Middle and Southern Districts of Florida. Before law school, Mr. Hyland worked with a Top Secret security clearance for the Arms Control and Disarmament Agency and served an internship at the Georgetown Center for Strategic and International Studies.

Mr. Hyland is also a published writer, screenwriter and member of Mystery Writers of America.
